"Not functional for numbers outside the UK"
This thing doesn’t function for numbers that aren’t in the UK. It shows as sent in the Reports - API Messages account dashboard, but it NEVER gets to cell phones based in the US.

"Functions Great, But the Interface Could Use a Revamp"
I appreciate that it runs smoothly alongside our software and, after the initial setup, it performs pretty well. However, the user interface leaves much to be desired, and the iOS app is lacking. This has been an ongoing issue for quite a while. I believe that Text Local should really put some resources into improving its customer interface. Still, this hasn’t deterred us from using their service for the time being.

"Been using Textlocal for a bit now..."
I've been with Textlocal for several years, and I gotta say, their customer service is awesome, plus the YouTube tutorials are super helpful.

"Great for Our Purposes"
Overall, it's a solid system that fits our requirements and works well with our other communication tools. Sometimes it lags a bit when switching screens or after hitting a button, leaving us wondering if it’ll actually load. The reporting features could definitely be more user-friendly, but it generally does the job. The graphs and reports seem a tad old-fashioned, yet the system meets our needs just fine.

"A tad let down by the MMS feature..."
A tad let down by the MMS feature not functioning as it ought to. We had a map image created specifically for our guests to receive on their arrival day. I sent out a few test messages about a month back and just got them yesterday! The regular text messaging seems to be working fine, though.

"Finally got everything running"
Finally got everything running. Can't blame them, it's on me. It's functioning like it should. I'm planning to add a customer reply feature, but I think that might bump up the price. Fingers crossed, I’ll be back later to say this is one of the best decisions I've made.

"Regrettably, your service isn't cutting it..."
I hate to break it to you, but your service ain't doing the job for messages heading to Denmark. Even though the delivery status claims 'Delivered', that's just not the case. This issue affects folks on both 3 and TDC.
